Stove Repair, common questions
My gas burner clicks but will not light. Is that dangerous?
The clicking means the igniter is trying to fire but cannot. It is usually a clogged burner port or a bad igniter. Not immediately dangerous, but you should get it looked at so gas is not released without igniting.

One burner works but the others do not. Why?
Each burner has its own igniter (gas) or element (electric). A single failed component will knock out one burner without affecting the rest. We replace only what is broken.
