My washer will not drain. What should I do?
This is usually a clogged drain pump, a bad pump motor, or a kinked drain hose. Do not keep running cycles, as it can overflow. Call us and we will get it draining again.
Why is my washer shaking and banging?
Front-loaders often shake when the shock absorbers or suspension springs wear out. Top-loaders bang when the drum bearings fail or the load is off balance. We fix all of it.
